ABOUT EMMETT...

Emmett has had a hard life. After the death of his father, his mother, Shio, spiraled deep into depression; this resulted in the unintentional neglect of her children and loss of her job. Her children were taken from her.

Emmett was separated from his siblings and placed into the foster care system, eventually landing in the Lamb family's household. The Lambs were not good people— abusive, exploitative, but manipulative enough to convince his case worker he was a liar. Even as Shio went to therapy and bettered herself, she was never given her children back.

When Emmett turned eighteen, he ran as far as he could, cutting contact with the Lamb family. Having endured a multitude of traumas that those who hurt him were never punished for. He's in therapy now, and uses age regression as a coping mechanism for his stolen childhood. He has since reconnected with his siblings and mother.
